Why can’t I access my account?
You may have:
Poor internet connection – do reboot the router or device
Other device uses your account – do log in only in one device
When does my subscription start?
It starts the moment you receive your activation credentials thru email.
What causes buffers while watching?
Poor internet connection or low speed can cause buffers. Do check if there are multiple devices that is connected to the internet. Limit it. Do connect your device directly to the router using LAN cable.
Can I cancel my subscription after it has been activated?
You may but definitely, your payment will not be refunded as providing service to our valued subscribers costs us.
